All your DSLR has a mirror known as Anti-Aliasing (AA) or Blur filter to reduce the phenomenon of Moire pattern (is phenomenal with the striped line when taking on a pattern repeat, fabric mesh panels caro, ...). Principles of AA filter is blocking high-frequency information and allows low-frequency information passes through. Therefore, even though you own 10mpx cameras but it can only 7mpx density of image acquisition.
As such, the remove the AA filter will pay the correct pixel density on the camera's sensor = > raise pixels. Therefore, I removed AA filter will have more quality pictures and images with pattern repeat will the poor quality (my reality at least capture the pattern like that).
